Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable)
    • Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Please refer to Above Mentioned Refund Details. If You Request for Refund within 7 Days For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming Paytm wallet balance then, a return will be initiated into Paytm wallet within a day of your order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting Paytm customer support team.

If I return/cancel the purchased product or services will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product or services the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.
